Everyone deserves a home they love to live in.

This project has a special place in my heart for two reasons: one, it was my first ever project, and two, it was for my parents. The best thing about interior design is getting to be a part of making someone’s life better - and that is even better when it is done for family.

After being stuck inside during the Coronavirus pandemic, my parents realized their master bedroom needed a serious refresh. The furniture they were using was all hand-me-downs and they were (finally) ready to make the investment of new furniture.

We painted the walls one neutral color, added some light and airy curtains, and got a new bed, bedding, and nightstands. Even though we purchased all of that new furniture, the total price for the project was still only $500! A perfect example that you can drastically change your space without spending a fortune!
